Laundry Room Brainstorming

Description

The Laundry Room fosters peer discussion on service business issues so you can network, share ideas, learn, & grow your business. This is a private space for you to bring up your concerns & find solutions to the challenges of running your service business.

We'll start off with a topic for discussion, but you never know where the conversation will take us. As the end of the year quickly approaches, it's a good time to do your employee performance reviews and to get feedback from your team. We'll talk about how this is done, what you find most effective in your business, and how to use feedback to grow positively. Attendees should be ready to share!

UASA Members are invited to join in and bring their questions and answers. Login to our website and go to the Community > Virtual Meetings to participate.
